I've come across these tools suggested by one of my friend. And these are really cool.
- Application Deskman will provide 4 virtual desktops. You can group your work items like open mail clients in a desktop Work application in the other. Browsing in the other and so on. After installing to access it right click on the toolbar and in toolbars select Desktop Manager.
- Power Caluculator wil provide extra functions like unit conversion, Trigonometric functions, logs etc.. After installing u can access it from start > programs.
- Task switch is just an extension to ALT TAB.After installing this you can see the entire page in the Alt Tab window instead of a simple icon.
Like this there are many other cool tools on the Microsoft space. Hope you will enjoy these tools.
P.S : Thanks for sharing this Nataraj.

Who ever writes Inappropriate/Vulgar comments to context, generally want to be anonymous …So I hope U r not the one like that?
For lazy logs u can at least use Name/URL option which don’t even require any sign-in, good thing is that it can accept your lovely nick name also and URL is not mandatory too.
Thanks for your patience
